" Chris was contracted as the lead photographer for Grand Designs Live - a nine day live event, at London's Excel Centre. During this period Chris demonstrated extreme professionalism, attention to detail and sheer hard work in order to fulfill our brief. Whilst the elements we required from him were varied, Chris tackled them all in the same diligent manner and he was a valued member of what turned out to be a hugely successful event. "
" I was starting to feel that it was all a big conspiracy - there were so many bad photos of me floating around out there in cyberspace. So I was more than a little nervous when I stepped into Chris's studio for the photo shoot. He immediately relaxed me by his style, and the photos are some of the best I've taken. I'm using them all over the place, and am extremely pleased. "
"Chris has undertaken photographic work for both Clapham Park Project and Clapham Park Homes. His pictures always manage to capture the essence of the event he has been commissioned for in an interesting and creative way. He can be relied upon to work solo from a short brief and his pictures never disappoint. We have used him on many occasions and will continue to do so."
" From capturing the facial reactions on stage of the award winners, through to shots of everyone relaxing and dancing to a live band, Chris did a fantastic job of making sure he had everything covered at our awards ceremony, while being extremely professional in his approach. We were delighted with the results, and will be using Chris for future events. "
" Chris is an outstanding creative photographer who approaches everything with a fresh and positive attitude. He is always punctual and is an absolute pleasure to work with. "
" Chris is the first point of call when we need to capture those special moments at our Telecom events. Chris is reliable, professional, and very pleasant to work with, and always delivers high quality pictures. "
" Chris was the show photographer for both The Cycle Show, and for Caffe Culture, which are both consumer and trade live events. During both of the events Chris demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and had a nice manner with both visitors and exhibitors. His attention to detail and hard work are a credit to him. His photography is first class and all images perfectly tailored to our show objectives. I have worked with Chris twice now, and I would have no hesitation to work with him again in the future, knowing that I can trust and rely on him for a perfect result. "
" We briefed Chris to capture the construction of some of our wind farms knowing that the challenge would be to get something that looks different and goes beyond a standard library photo. Chris really delivered on this, producing excellent pictures, which not only fulfilled the brief but were very creative in their composition. "
" I use Chris Sharp for photographic assignments on Food Manufacture on a regular basis, because he is very creative and always very professional in his approach, and in the work he does for us. The assignments often involve photographing senior politicians and captains of industry, and Chris is very conscientious in ensuring he gets the best shots possible, putting the subjects at their ease and making the best use of the surrounding environments and any props available. "
" Chris submitted a very competitive tender for photographing the LGA's Annual Conference. He worked diligently across the three days of the conference, turning around photos at short notice in-between conference sessions for publication online. After the event he delivered a varied, professional, and colourful set of photos that we are still using across our publications and for external media work. "
" We chose to use Chris as the official photographer for Learning Technologies, a two day exhibition and conference at Olympia, and were absolutely delighted with the results. Sometimes it is difficult to make these types of pictures interesting and usable, but Chris seemed to manage both, and we literally had to decide which ones not to use rather than the other way round, which is normally the case. Very impressed indeed. "
" The Debating Matters Competition has worked with Chris for many years now, and in that time he's really come to understand what we need from an events photographer. One of the things he excels at is capturing the mood and spirit of an event, rather than just the facts - those moments of excitement and joy, and in the case of our student debaters, considered thought and debate as they try to grapple with some of society's big questions. Chris' work is comprehensive but he's never intrusive, and he understands how to work in partnership with his clients. "
